How Trends Are Shaping AZ School Construction

School’s aren’t being built or funded like they used to. Since the early 2000’s new schools were being funded through the Arizona School Facilities Board but when the market took a crash in 2007, new schools and funding came to a halt, leaving schools to ask their communities for funding on new projects and upgrades.

“Bond money is vital and completely necessary to build schools benefiting Arizona students,” added Barry Chasse. “…They have no choice but to ask their local communities to support bonds to allow the construction of new education facilities.”
