To preserve CHASSE’s culture shaped upon on the purpose of ‘Building to make a difference…for our teammates, our clients building experience, and the local communities we serve,’ company owners sold 100% of the business to their teammates through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Our vision is ‘Built different, on purpose!’ and as a result we are calling it our Teammate Stock Ownership Plan, or TSOP for short.
Barry Chasse, CHASSE’s Founder, is enthusiastic about continuing to lead the teammate owned enterprise. “When we started CHASSE back in 2007, I never dreamed we would be where we are today. Our team and company have far surpassed my original hopes,” reflects Chasse.

When you arrive, you’re greeted by our CEO of Hello, Sherri! She keeps our spirits up, belly’s full, and keeps CHASSE running like a well-oiled machine. The first thing you’ll probably notice is we have no offices! Barry has cultivated an open, collaborative space for all of us to work in. This allows open communication between all employees which has increased productivity, created strong employee morale, and a more inclusive environment.
