On November 30, the women of CHASSE Building Team gathered for the first session of our quarterly women’s leadership training program we’ve affectionately named empowHER. This professional learning and development series will be purposed toward celebration of value, professional growth, and meaningful connections.
Following the leadership training, the group had the opportunity to mix and mingle for a happy hour and paint festive wine glasses for the holiday season.
We’re grateful to Dr. Sharon Kortman for joining us and hosting the leadership portion of the event. We hope this will be an excellent opportunity for the women of CHASSE to advance their leadership skills and make a positive impact on their individual well-being, the CHASSE team, and the construction industry as a whole.
