Honoring Those Who Inspire: CHASSE Gives Back During Teacher Appreciation Week

Teacher Appreciation Week gave CHASSE Building Team the opportunity to recognize the incredible educators and school staff who make a lasting impact on students every single day. From teachers and administrators to support staff and specialists, these individuals play a vital role in shaping future generations, creating positive learning environments, and helping students grow both inside and outside the classroom.

To celebrate, CHASSE hosted a special Teacher Appreciation Week giveaway, offering schools the chance to win a coffee truck experience for their entire staff. The raffle campaign was carried out through Instagram, where teachers and school staff from across Arizona were invited to comment on a giveaway post and sign up for a chance to win. The response was overwhelming, with more than 2,300 educators and staff members entering throughout the week.

To build excitement, a CHASSE team member went live on Instagram each day to share their personal educational journey and reflect on the teachers and mentors who influenced their lives before announcing that day’s winning school. At the end of the week, five deserving schools were selected to receive coffee, refreshments, and a small token of appreciation for their entire staff. This year’s winning schools included Desert Wind Middle School, Drexel Elementary School, Whittier Elementary School, Justine Spitalny STEAM School, and Galveston Elementary School.

CHASSE partnered with several outstanding local vendors to help make the celebrations possible, including La Vida Coffee & Oats, The Coffee Cure, and Valley Grind Coffee Catering. Their support helped create memorable moments of appreciation for the hardworking educators and staff members who dedicate themselves to students every day.

For Barry Chasse, founder and CEO of CHASSE Building Team, supporting schools and educators carries a special meaning.

“I love building projects for teachers and students, and there’s a different level of joy that I personally experience when we turn over a renovated or brand-new classroom space. Seeing the excitement on the kids’ and teachers’ faces is something special. Every project we build has value, but educational spaces offer a unique opportunity to make a direct and lasting impact on young lives.”
