SanTan Pavilions is Gilbert’s newest shopping center. Sitting on a 33-acre lot, the center was built in three phases; Phase 1 consisted of three, multi-tenant buildings with parking. Phase 2 included site development and additional on-site parking. Phase 3 included one multi-tenant shop building. A sample of tenants include Panera Bread, Toni & Guy Hair Academy, Dickey’s BBQ, Jersey Mikes Sub Shop, Sports Clips and a Verizon Store.
