We’re super excited to introduce you to 15 interns we have working with us this summer!
Our Internship Program is more than a summer job–it’s a one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn from great people, prepare for a rewarding career and gain real life experiences in construction management. We provide a combination of Superintendent, Preconstruction, and Project Manager experiences–or interns have the option of focusing on just one.
In these programs, our interns will gain hands-on experience working with our teammates in a dynamic and culturally-driven team environment. They will have the opportunity to work face-to-face with our clients, architects, subcontractors and partners, assist with construction documentation, as well as get their hands dirty on job walks and site visits.

What you most looking forward to interning at CHASSE? Having the opportunity to slowly take on more responsibility and decision making in the field. I love the company atmosphere and it’s fun going to work everyday when you enjoy the people you work with. The Tolleson High School job will be a really exciting one to work on!
What’s your favorite thing about Arizona? The diversity in all the different regions. All within an hour you can be in the mountains of Sedona, or the desert lakes. There’s a ton to do if you just explore! Also, Cardinals Football!

What you most looking forward to interning at CHASSE? I am really looking forward to working with my mentor Rusty and learning from him. He is very knowledgable in the construction industry with a lot of experience in the field. I am also looking forward to being able to read and interpret construction plans.
What do you want to do in the A/E/C industry? My goal is to become a Superintendent Assistant and hopefully be successful there and eventually have the ability to grow within the company.
