We’re super excited to introduce you to the 20 interns we have working with us this summer!
Our Internship Program is more than a summer job. It’s a one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn from great people, prepare for a rewarding career and gain real life experiences in construction management. We provide a combination of Superintendent, Preconstruction, and Project Manager experiences, giving a comprehensive look into various jobs the construction industry offers.
In these programs, our interns will gain hands-on experience working with our teammates in a dynamic and culturally-driven team environment. They will have the opportunity to work face-to-face with our clients, architects, subcontractors and partners, assist with construction documentation, as well as get their hands dirty on job walks and site visits.

What you most looking forward to interning at CHASSE? I look forward to learning how different types of buildings are constructed and how it relates to the architectural drawings to better understand the language between architectural design and the construction world.
If you could spend a day with any celebrity who would it be, and why? Mike Rowe, not only because I like his show “Dirty Jobs,” but because he can eat 8 hamburgers in five minutes… I admire that.

If you could spend a day with any celebrity who would it be, and why? I would spend a day with Elon Musk because he started his own business and has some crazy ideas that he wants to make happen. I think it’d be very entertaining to pick his brain and learn from his expertise.

What you most looking forward to interning at CHASSE? I am most looking forward to building on the skills I’ve learned this past year in school and applying them in a real work environment. I’m also excited to build further relationships with the CHASSE team, our trade partners, and clients…and redeem myself in go-carts.
What do you want to do in the A/E/C industry? I would love the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects all over the country. I think it would be extremely rewarding to experience an array of different building techniques and overcome the unique challenges different projects have.

What you most looking forward to interning at CHASSE? Since I’ve had the unique opportunity of working with CHASSE for over a year now, I am most excited to continue to network and meet people in the company, as well as our trade partners. I also have a year of college under my belt, so my internship will provide a much different experience than last summer.
What is your favorite part about Arizona? As an AZ native, I have really come to appreciate the diversity of culture here that I don’t think you can find in other places!
