Part of a chain of high-end premium outlets, this project offers 366,000 square feet of leasable space to a diversified tenant roster of over 90 retailers. The new construction of Tucson Premium Outlets broke ground on November 6, 2014. This project includes tilt panel exterior walls with full storefront windows and aesthetic accents for shell buildings housing retail and restaurant tenants. The outlet also features office space for property management, along with multiple parking lots and courtyards highlighted with fountains, seating areas and shade structures.
