The project involves the construction and site improvement of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) with a total area of 4,500 square feet. This development includes two warehouses, an office area, and additional storage space. Furthermore, substantial site improvements were executed, including the demolition of old structures, installation of a new drainage system, creation of an asphalt millings road, fencing installation, and the relocation of a fuel tank.
