The Riverside School District MIT project involves the construction of two new buildings designed to enhance the campus’s educational and athletic facilities. The first is a two-story, 49,519-square-foot classroom building, which will provide modern, flexible learning spaces to support a variety of instructional programs. This building is designed to foster collaboration, engagement, and a student-centered learning environment.
The second is a 46,000-square-foot gymnasium building, which will serve as a hub for physical education, sports, and community events. The gymnasium will include full-size courts, spectator seating, and support spaces to accommodate both school and community activities. Together, these facilities will provide Riverside students with enhanced opportunities for academic, athletic, and extracurricular development while supporting the district’s long-term growth and facility modernization goals.
