CHASSE is currently constructing Gilbert’s newest office and warehouse park. The 14.2 acre site will hold 12 buildings equaling 146,000 SF. Each building is designed to hold either a single tenant in 12,000 SF or split into two. The corridor along Power and Elliot Roads is becoming the East Valley high-tech location so we anticipate interior build-outs for a variety of leasing tenants. A unique feature is each building has an enclosed and lock yard for tenants with equipment and/or vehicles.
