Phase 1 included construction of a new 34,422-square-foot, single-story outpatient clinic on a vacant 5-acre site. The building’s interior is designed for multiple uses and tenants, including a community gym, physical therapy, pharmacy, dental services, and general clinic space. Site work features a monument sign, a fenced courtyard for community events, fenced staff parking, covered patient parking, and extensive landscaping. Additional special features include a 1250KW emergency standby diesel generator, custom terrazzo flooring with mosaic designs, and a jib crane for roof and RTU maintenance. Phase 2 included construction of a new 5,830-square-foot, single-story addition, integrated with the Phase 1 construction, to provide additional administrative space for the clinic.
