The project consisted of a 6,040 SF renovation to the existing Hu Hu Kam Physical Therapy Center and a 4,025 SF one-story building expansion to the active medical site.

The one-story building addition included new restrooms and an indoor, in ground therapy pool. Renovating the existing space included interior finishes, paint, flooring, millwork, medical-grade pool, ADA lift, and a solo strap system for the physical therapy gym.

The occupied hospital remained fully operational with normal working hours, therefore the project was carefully phased with Class 4 infection control requirements. ICRA separation walls, electrical negative air machines with hepa filters, and walk-off mats were incorporated during construction to ensure that safety was our top priority.
