The project scope included a full renovation of two buildings at Fountainhead Parkway. The scope of work at the 1625 building included demo of the first four floors, new storefronts and new Panda doors, build-back on 1st floor of new elevator lobbies, new elevator terrazzo flooring, new café, updated multipurpose room, and a new gym with shower/locker rooms. The scope of the exterior included the demolition of concrete, benches, and BBQ areas, followed by the installation of new porcelain and tile pavers, raised planters, and updated landscaping throughout the campus. At the 1601 building, the entire first floor was demolished and left in grey box condition for future tenant use. New Panda doors were installed, and the elevator lobbies on the first and second floors were rebuilt with slat ceilings and Panda doors.
