The City of Tempe’s existing library underwent various upgrades and repairs. The scope consisted of repairs to concrete, roofing repairs, door and hardware repairs and replacements, miscellaneous caulking, as well as painting of flooring and interior partition walls.

Additional JOC projects completed for the City of Tempe include Fire Station No. 2 repairs, Rolling Hills Golf Course clubhouse upgrades, police department restroom upgrades, and City Hall improvements. Scopes of work for these projects included concrete flatwork, painting, flooring, weatherization, ADA Compliant upgrades, roofing repairs, door and hardware replacements, caulking, painting, and flooring.
