Renovation to an operating park, including demo of an existing bathroom building and installation of a new cast-in-place concrete bathroom building, post-tensioned sport courts, sand volleyball, shade structure, park lighting, and Musco sports lighting. Park utilities were also upgraded with a new electrical service and a 1,100ft sewer line. The team coordinated closely with recreation staff to ensure trenching and other construction activities didn’t interfere with operating sports leagues.
