Located at the southeast corner of Ellsworth and Chandler Heights, the new church will occupy a 16-acre site with a 32,866 SF main building. It will feature a commercial-grade coffee bar, green room, daycare, classrooms, restrooms, and a central worship room with seating for 1,060, a platform for performances, and advanced sound and lighting systems. The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, with solar canopies providing 12,902 SF of shaded seating and play areas, a 719 SF outdoor kitchen, and high-end courtyard finishes. CCV also set aside 2.81 acres for athletic fields and sports courts for the CCV Stars youth program, complete with stadium lighting and natural grass. A multi-use walking trail connects the fields to the main building.
