Previously located at the back of the Spa, the Skin Care Retail and Treatment Rooms were hard for guests to find, which negatively impacted product sales. The renovation brought the retail area forward and connected it to the Lobby, improving visibility and enhancing the guest experience with a new check-in desk. The Treatment Rooms were updated in phases, allowing two-thirds of the space to remain in operation during construction. A new coffee and juice bar was also added to offer guests additional amenities.
