Superintendent

CHASSE Superintendents are responsible for managing and coordinating all field activities while continually maintaining a safe and secure job site. Our Superintendents work begins in the preconstruction phase, providing experience and expertise to the design evolution and carries through the entire project, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations exceeded. Because they are involved on so many levels, our Superintendents possess superior business and communication skills allowing them to form trustworthy relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• High School diploma required.
• Work experience in management of construction projects with contract value > $5.0 million within the education, multi-family, municipal, office, or retail markets.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a superintendent in the construction industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Plangrid, OSHA standards, dust control, and quality control.
• Advanced knowledge of the construction industry practices, risk management and field operations required.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication and analytical skills are necessities.
