Live from Prescott, Arizona…welcome to the CHASSE Management Teammates Open! ⛳️🏆
Each year, we tee up a themed holiday party, and this year we played straight into a Waste Management Open theme…and the level of commitment was tour-caliber. Shooter McGavin showed up, Boston jerseys were heavily represented, the gopher was spotted and Carl Spackler went ballistic. No notes. We even put our own spin on a few iconic moments in golf history, with teammates stepping into the spotlight and CHASSE-branded lululemon belt bags keeping the field properly outfitted.
The night started with dinner at the historic Hassayampa Inn before teammates made their way across the street to the Elks Theatre for the main event. Inside, CSPN was ready to go live, with Chip Divot, Wedge Shankley and Bunker Tourjours behind the desk and clubhouse legend Barry Chasse taking us through another big year at CHASSE. Individual award winners received Orange Jackets, while project teams took home custom trophies featuring 3D replicas of the projects they brought to life.
We also recognized some serious tenure milestones. Five-year teammates received custom bobbleheads, and eleven-year teammates earned trips worthy of a victory lap. Sixteen-year teammates? Let’s just say the bonus amount is undisclosed, but the reactions confirmed it was well above league minimum. It was a fitting way to celebrate teammates who have spent years helping shape CHASSE and everything we’ve built along the way.
As we look ahead, the momentum is strong and the roster is dialed. We’re ready to keep building, collaborating and making an impact with our clients, trade partners, architects and, at the center of it all, our Teammate Owners. They are the real competitive advantage, and this night was all about giving credit where it’s due. The theme may change every year, but getting our teammates together and celebrating what we’ve accomplished never gets old.
