This project included 15,500 SF of renovations to existing floor space. The collaboration and creative interior features speak to the Tempe location and “Live Work Play.” The renovation included a new locker room, restrooms, wellness/nursing room, break room and auxillary stations. Alumaglide, an interior trackless sliding door system, was installed at conference rooms and huddle rooms. The space provides an open ceiling concept with exposed sprial duct work and sound asking system, polished concrete floor in the reception area and updated mechanical, plumbing and electrical.
